Why do I need bulk operations?

On medium to large websites, hreflang data often needs to be added to hundreds or even thousands of pages. Manually entering this data is time-consuming, repetitive, and error-prone.

The bulk operations included in Hreflang Manager allow you to save significant time by importing existing hreflang data from external sources or reusing data already configured on other localized sites within your network. This makes large-scale hreflang implementations manageable and consistent.

Bulk upload hreflang data from a spreadsheet

If you already store your hreflang data in a spreadsheet, or prefer to prepare it there using formulas, copy-and-paste, or auto-generation, the bulk importer lets you upload everything in a single operation.

The plugin includes a dedicated import menu in the WordPress back end with an embedded spreadsheet editor. You can paste your data directly into this interface and run the import immediately. The process is fast, intuitive, and designed to efficiently create large numbers of hreflang entries without manual data entry.

This approach is ideal when migrating existing hreflang setups, onboarding new sites, or rolling out international targeting at scale.

Quickly set up the plugin on multiple websites
