Support for the user with an active subscription with one of our products is provided in one of the following methods:

  • By sending an email to support@daext.com from the email address associated with the subscription (if you can’t send an email from the email address associated with the subscription, please include the order ID of the subscription in the email)

  • Answering technical questions about item’s features
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues
  • Help with included 3rd party assets

Item support does not include:

  • Customization services
  • Installation services

Technical support for Envato Market customers

Support for the products distributed with our Envato Market Profile is provided in one of the following methods:

  • By submitting the contact form available in our Envato Market Profile
  • By submitting the form available in the support tab of the product for which you are requesting support
  • By sending an email to support@daext.com with included the item purchase code
